          Organic Vegetables

Our vegetables are organically grown and sold at the Rutland Farmers Market, Dorset Farmers Market, and through a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)program. For our CSA each week we harvest and deliver a selection of fresh, in-season vegetables.  This chart gives you an idea of the variety and approximate quantities of vegetables you can expect to receive from a full share.  Actual amounts and varieties will vary depending on the growing conditions.  We expect our full share to feed 2-4 adults and our single share to feed 1-2 adults.  Vegetable shares are delivered for approximately 20 weeks starting in late May and ending in October.  Shares can be picked up at Smokey House or at specific locations in Pawlet, Dorset, and Manchester.
