Burr and Burton’s food truck mission:

“Healthy bodies, healthy minds, real food for all.” Burr and Burton is taking this mission on the road with the introduction of a food truck, “Bulldog Bites.” We seek to share our vision of healthy meals with a focus on using local produce and meats with the larger community, while educating our students in key culinary skills and entrepreneurship. As the program develops, we would like to introduce a service component dedicated to addressing issues of food insecurity in our area.
