Naturally-Raised Pork, Lamb, and Beef

In this age of uncertainty about meat and how it’s handled, isn’t it reassuring to know where and how the meat you eat was raised?

A pork share is 1/2 a pig, approximately 60-70 lbs. of meat.  A lamb share is a whole lamb, approximately 28-35 lbs. of meat.  A beef share is 1/8 cow, approximately 50-60 lbs. of meat.

Prices reflect the butcher’s standard cuts and are based on packaged weight, not hanging weight.  Our meat is vacuum-packed for maximum freshness.  Pork cuts may be smoked for an additional charge.  Pork and lamb may be custom cut to your request.  We will contact you when your meat share is ready for pickup at Smokey House (late summer/fall).
